Plastic welding automatic wedge welder↓ adopts advanced hot wedge structure, with high power, high speed and strong pressure force; suitable for 0.2-3.0mm thickness hot melt materials such as PE, PVC, HDPE, EVA, PP. This welder is extensively used in highway/railway, tunnels, urban subway, aquaculture, water conserver, industry liquid, mining, landfill, sewage treatment, waterproofing projects etc.

Plastic Welding Hand Extrusion Welder↓ can make plastics extrusion which is a high-volume manufacturing process in which raw plastic is melted and formed into a continuous profile. The material is gradually melted by the mechanical energy generated by turning screws and by heaters arranged along the barrel. The molten polymer is then forced into a die, which shapes the polymer into a shape that hardens during cooling. The suitable materials include PP, PE, PVDF, EVA and other thermoplastic materials, especially having good performance on pp and pe material.

4 Payment terms

Usually by 100% T/T in advance for a small volume procurement. If they are shipped with goods in containers, the payment term is the same with other container goods.

5 Delivery time

Usually is 7 days for ordinary ordering.

6 Warranty period

Usually is one year for machines and instruments. For low values of some equipment or accessories, we can provide free replacement for the quality failure goods.

7 Notice

Ordinarily, for installation equipment sample, machines or instruments or tools samples are not available except the case that you can pay it and the transportation fee because they are all high values.

We recommend you to order the installation equipment together with batch of other geomaterial goods because it will save considerable transportation fee.
